Taif Al Emarat was established in the UAE around 2003–2007, founded by Haitham Abdul Baki with a vision of bottling rare floral essences before blending that European-style perfumery with Emirati tradition — oud, amber, musk, saffron, and frankincense. Its name draws on the Taif rose, a prized flower native to the region. The house has grown into a wide-ranging Arabian fragrance line spanning heritage-inspired oud collections and lighter, contemporary scents, with more than 80 boutiques worldwide.
