Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at perfumeoutlet.us@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including sale and clearance items, gift cards, and any product that has been opened or used. Perishable goods, custom or personalized items, and hazardous or flammable materials are also non-returnable. Contact us if you're unsure whether your item qualifies.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at perfumeoutlet.us@gmail.com.
